vent, vent, vent...

I need to write this down, it is boiling inside me!  My ex is being a total a$$, yet again!  I have no court order as yet so there is nothing I can do and it's killing me!  He hasn't made his support payment this week...no explanation, nothing!  His court case was settled two weeks ago, I've had his family contact me to try to get together with the kids, sorry, my kids have plans, no they are not allowed to be alone with their father as yet, no you cannot come and take them to your place in Scarborough where he'll be there too!  he hasn't made any effort to be a part of their lives, I will not have them put him on a pedestal when they haven't heard from him at all!  He sent an email asking if he could call them, duh, of course you can call them, but you have yet to do so anyway...My court case isn't until January, so there is nothing I can do to enforce the payments, no just have to find a way to make sure my kids have a warm, safe, home, warm clothing, and food in their bellies with just my own salary...not that easy when you have a house, a car, all the utilities, and bills to pay for.  Why can't people who actually NEED to win the lottery, win??   Anyway, I feel a little better that I've vented...cross your fingers that things will improve for myself and my kids!
