My reality

I bought a new digitial bathroom scale about a week ago.  Today I finally took it out of the box.  I was feeling like it was a good day to test it out.  I stood on a scale for the first time since probably August. I weighed 351 then.  I dont feel any different. But the scale says 378.  I got on and off numerous times.  How did this happen?  OMG OMG  I was tellingmyself if I could get to 200 lbs I would have to lose 150 pounds.  Now i have to lose 178.  that extra 28 pounds seems like it may as well be another 100.  I go to my first appointment Friday.  They are expecting me to weigh 351.  I'm afraid they will delay scheduling surgery now.  Reality bites!  Why and how did i ever get here? :(
