Planning ahead for nonscale victories

Well I was down to 378.2 on the scale this morning.   That's down 6.3 since the 12 of December.  Alot of people talking about the stahl  after you have surgery.  Actually woke up lst night thinking about how i will handle it if and when it happens to me.  So I wrote a list of non scale victories I am looking forward too.  It was a full page.  I'm sure I will think of more.  trying to keep plan ahead for those bumps in the road.  So far the Adepex is doing it's job.  Don't think I would be doing so good without it.  Hoping the scale keeps moving and I can do better than the 15 pounds by January 16th which is my next appointment.
