Fitbit keeps me going

So glad I have the fitbit. I feel guilty if I dont get at least 5,000 steps a day. I'm doing all of my walking outside in the country around our barnyard. The nutrionist said 15 minutes 3xs a week. So far I have been doing 15 at least every day. The goal is to get up to 10,0000 steps a day. Yesterday I started to add free weights to mix things up. It's all working -down 9 pounds since Friday Dec 12, 2014 I even looked into some popluar 5K's held around here. First time ever. See how the weight loss goes. First one is the 4th of July. My energy level is for sure gone way up since I started the Adepex. I can't wait to see how much weight and inches I can lose this 1st month.
