Almost done with preliminary appts.

Had my psych appt. yesterday.  It went really well.  I saw Dr. Dianne Joyce.  She is a wonderful therapist and very informative.  Dr. Joyce makes sure you fully understand what you are getting yourself into and what to expect.  

My next step now is to get my 2nd "class" in with the dietician, and schedule my appt. with the surgeon Dr. Scott.   I was intending on getting the 2nd class in this week, but after a "lumbar strain" in my lower back.  I was trying hard to to push it.   SOOOOOO next week here we go again hopefully I can get all these in soon.  I am getting very excited, scared, and focused at the same time.
