Almost a Year Later! =)

Another year of up and downs, both physically and mentally. The pounds have come and gone and come again. Medical issues are worsening. Both causing stress and depression. It's one big circle over and over. I had completed my 6mth required diet last October and due to the most evident lack of professionalism I have ever seen, had to wait until last week and many nasty phone calls and a threatened lawsuit later, to get all my paperwork from that doctors office in order for it to be sent along with all my other info to the insurance company. Can you believe I was told by my ex-doctor's office that all the info was locked in their computer because they refused to pay the software company money?!! I could care less if you don't pay your bills. I know you keep paper records. I watched them write it all down. It came down to one very disorganized, lazy office manager who no longer works in that office. Almost one year, wasted. Thankfully, my surgeon's insurance co-ordinator was on it and had it sent off to the insurance company in no time. So now I wait...again...lol.
