I have lost 80lbs...and I feel great!  I have been very lucky not to be sickly. I count my blessings just as I count the calories and pounds. There comes a point in obesity where you aren't able to do normal everyday activities with ease and some not at all. At 5'4" and almost 400lbs, I was at that point. Just living day to day was a hardship. I am still over 300lbs but the difference is remarkable.  The saying "you don't know what you got until it's gone" rings so true. I am very, very thankful for this surgery getting me back on track to living life again. I have a long, long way to go, but  I'm on my way!
