8 Months

I have just reached my 8 month since surgery and I have lost a total of 80lbs. I am excited and hoping to reach my personal goal of 100lbs by my 1 year anniversary on April 8, 2010. I  went on a cruise the last week of October and I thought I had gained a tremendous amount of weight even though I did not eat as much as I would have if I had not gotten the Lap Band. The last time I saw my surgeron was September 25, 2009 before my cruise and when I went to see him on December 3rd I had lost 17lbs. I still got a fill because  was able to eat alot more than I should have and I didn't want to gain any weight. Christmas is around the corner and I know I will do great.
