Alabama Medicaid

I have had nothing but problems finding a doctor in Alabama who accepts Medicaid for this surgery; I finally found one, Dr Isbell, in Ft Payne, AL, but now I have to see a cardiologist before they will even see me in their office.  Help.  Does anyone have a clue what I am supposed to do next.  :/  How do I find a cardiologist?
