10 months out and Loving life.

When for a check up with my surgeon on Wednesday.   He was really happy about me weight lose and said I have done as well as any RNY patient    I weighed 151 lbs with a BMI of 23.6.    He also said I look fine where I'm at, but if I wanted to lose any more weight limit it to only 5 more pounds.  So here I am today 1/2 lb lighter and will try my hardest to get another 4 1/2 lbs off by the time I go back in a couple of months.  I haven't had a fill since Feb and he said I didn't need one at this point. 

Yesterday I went out and awarded myself with a new Pilates Chair.  I figure in order to get the next 4 1/2 pounds off and keeping it off for life I wanted something to really work my body.  It's a  fun work out and I can tell I'm going to enjoy it. 

For all the newbies here on the board.  This is proof that the band really works.   If I was able to work this tool so can you...   I will be here to root you on.   
Oh and by the way some of you know my surgeon wanted me to have the RNY and said I wouldn't be happy with the band.  Well I guess I proved him wrong.. 
I Love my Band!!!!!!! 

I have so much more energy and love to shop. 

I am so grateful that I had a chance to live a more healthy life.
