What a Year 2010 Was!!!

Wow what a year 2010 was.  The weight loss was what I dreamed it would be and couldn't be happier with my band.  I can't believe how fast 2010 went.  As far as my health goes I feel younger then I did 20 years ago. Still can't wrap my mine around wearing a size 6 pants and Med shirts.  I can now exercise for 60 to 90 minutes without feeling like I'm going to die.  
My surgeon is happy with the progress I made in 2010. According to him I have done just a well as those that chose the other weight loss surgeries. 
I lost my mom in May and I know without my band I would've thrown in the towel and gained all the weight back. 
One thing I have learned here in the past couple months is that I can't eat bad carbs. After hitting goal I started incorporating carbs and started having craving for more.  I had decided I will have to stay away from them.  
 I'm so grateful to have such a awesome support group here on OH.  
Can't wait to see what  2011 has in store for all of us!!!!
