Ok I just have to warn others, about a week ago I bought that KY For Him & For Her.  Works nice, but does not go well with RNY.  It's now been about 8 hours and I am slowly beginning to be able to sip water, I'm sure I dont have to elaborate anymore.  Definitely not a charm pop!
