Hi Everyone. I'm on day 8 of 21 of my Optifast pre surgery diet. My surgery is May 15 at Toronto Western Hospital. I haven't cheated at all. I have 4 packages of Optifast 900 per day, lots of Water (over 2 litres), only 1 serving of fat free Jello and
