I was at a friend's house over the weekend.  His girlfriend wound up in the hospital. I found myself wanting to ripout the glass on the snack machine and wanting to eat everything in sight.  Gotta find a new way to calm my nerves and pray more.

Today, I am beginning my journey on this site. My journey actually began a couple months months ago when I went into the Weight Loss center at THe University of Cincinnati Weight Loss Center known as UC Healt Weight Loss Center. As of my second visit to the managed visits (yesterday) I gained back ten pounds, BOOOOOOO There are times I wish I had someone to chat with.
