I used to think I was not that bad. 2x Shirt and 42 inch jeans, eh so what. I was doing what I wanted to. But I soon found myself winded walking up a flight or two of stairs. My 2x moved to a 3x and my 42 to a 44. At that point I had issues again. I know everyone is different and we are all on a different path to the same goal, better health. I can not and will not judge anyone else. But I can be very judgemental of me.

I ride Harleys and Clown with my local Shrine Temple. I would like to be around a few more years to do that. With my weight my Dr told me my blood preasure, triglycerides were higher then what they should be.

I am currently at 240 something and would like to hit  a starting goal weight of 200 and go from there. I am off to a decent start. I try to avoid McDonalds for breakfast. I have eaten there for so long I am burned out on eating breakfast at all. But I know I need to. I normally will not eat lunch and then make up at dinner. I know this is not healthy.  I have started getting bowls and having breakfast at home, a can of tuna, chicken or low sodium soup for lunch and a decent dinner.

So that is me in a nutshell. I am sure I will edit this as time goes.
