I'm now a full 3 weeks post op and am feeling hungry. Honestly, it down right infuriates me. Why am I hungry this soon or at all?! I have a friend who is 2 years post op and she said she's felt hungry twice. I know every body is different but I'm feeling like I did this for nothing. I'm a food addict and I don't want to feel hungry! On top of that, I have only lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks. I've read article after article that says you can expect to lose up to 40 pounds in a month or 1 pound a day. I'm on top of my carbs and protein. Using my lose it app to track. And I started back to the gym after one week. I hate to be negative but I'm just feeling pretty down about feeling hungry. ????
