So I haven't been on here in the past few because we got a new firewall at work that blocks all health related sites :(. That won't matter for the next few weeks because I am home from the hospital. My sleeve surgery went off without a hitch yesterday.

So everything is finally in an d we have set surgery dates. My wife is August 1st and I am August 7th. So very excited!!!!!

So I just heard from my insurance company that both I and my wife have been approved for surgery. Now we just have to wait (im)patiently for the surgeon office to call us to schedule that actual days. From what they told us before they normally schedul

So I had my final Dr. apt before my paperwork gets submitted for insurance approval this morning and everything seems like it will go through without a hitch. At least the NP says she can't see nay reason we would be denied. So fingers crossed it goes

What have you found to be the best way to track?

I tend to have a good idea of what I plan to eat and I will enter it into the tracker either right before/after I actually eat it. Then I will adjust portion sizes as needed based on what my # is
