Hi my name is April Martinez, I'm interested in getting weight loss surgery, I never had weight problem before, but when I got pregnant my weight sky rocket to a whooping 459lbs. I want to have surgery so I can be there for my kids, because I'm single mother and I don't want them to live without me. I hope I can talk to people who had surgery, and help me get this weight off, because my dream is to wear a bikini at beach.
