"Dr Dillemans is a very charming and pleasant man. He was very personable and had a good bedside manner ( good-looking too!!). His staff were all very helpful, although the nursing staff didnt seem to speak much english. The aftercare has left a lot to be desired. Their website claims to have 5 aftercare locations in the UK - that has infact gone down to one - in London. This is a pain for me to get to. The other centers never got off the ground for some reason. I initially went to Birmingham couple of times, but the doc decided to stop doing the fills, so I was dropped with no warning! rnDr Dillemans is a very competent surgeon although I only saw him for my first appointment the day before my surgery, in the anaesthesia room and lastly the next morning before I was discharged from the hospital. On the downside - It was a bit of a production line - 5 of us from the UK were done in the same day and the only pain relief was amenocetaphen (paracetamol) not good for those with a low pain threshold!"
