"I had been visiting Dr Huffman for over a year, he was treating me for an ulcer on my leg. My wife first wanted to look into the surgery and it just happened to be that he was the only surgeon in the area who offered this surgery. My wife had her Surgery Oct 23 of 2001. I had mine on Dec 6 of 2001. Dr Huffman told us of the risks and the possible complications. He made us wait a month before giving him an answer about having the surgery. His staff is the best, Renee is his assitant and handles the support group meetings she really cares about the patients. Laura and Joyce work for the office and are always there for help when you need it. I had several problems and complications after my surgery. I became dehydrated, I developed blood clots and I had kidney stones, all within three months. Dr Huffman was there for me though during my stays at the hospital he always came in to check on me, sometimes after midnight. I rate him a 10. "
