I am now 8 weeks post op and have lost an astonishing 48lbs. I have dropped 3 dress sizes and am feeling like life may be worth living. My children are happy and my husband is exstatic. I am starting to really love life. It is a little difficult learning how to eat. It's almost like learning how to walk and talk all over again. If you fail, your sick. I am so happy that this wls has opened a door in my life I had slammed shut and locked.

Brooke, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely.
