Hi Debra- I hope you are doing well. Just read your update, and I just had surgery last Friday, & we too have Blue Shield HMO. I was reluctant to sign the anastesiologist page, called BS and they said they'd pay it, But it looks like you have the same problem I am anticipating. Have you gotten it resolved yet? My surgery was w/ Dr. Li. Peninsula Hospital was very good to me, for the most part. I too belong to RWC Curves! Congrats on your great loss!! You look wonderful.
