i'm homeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. only five days in the hopsital. one complication and ten resp. therapists later.. oh and 12 lbs of fluid (hopefuly). Lookin forward to a shower.. but i'm amazingly ok. i swear. =)

Congratulations on getting a surgery date! Not long to the losing side now! I wish you all the best for an uneventful surgery and speedy recovery. Remember that true happiness is when what is on the outside draws strength and beauty from what is on the inside.

Ok.. so its countdown time.. and i CANT sleep! Thanks you guys for all the support.. I'm tryin so hard to be positive yet still realize that I have to talk about my fears.. thankfully my fears are progressing and I'm sure I will be too. Lots of love guys.. Thanks again.. I have GOTTA sleep.. only one more day of work.

Hi Nikki! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow! Remember that we’re all family here and we’re here to give you our support, lend an ear and not judge. Congratulations on your surgery date! I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another...observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. --- Congratulations on your surgery date and may God keep you close to his side as you travel your new journey. You will have ups and downs. You can always turn to us, your AMOS family, we will give support, comfort and encouragement. You will find this will be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself as well as your family. I know that was true for me. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. I pray for a speedy and easy recovery for you. Don’t forget to update your profile at least monthly. We all like to see how we are doing!!! Make sure you take pictures.
