Today is June 8, 2003 and I am 19 months out. I weigh in at 125lbs. and am wearing size 4 in some things. I've lost 147lbs and feel great.

I am now 15 months out and am a big loser!! I now weigh 128 lbs and have lost 144 lbs. I do not want to lose any more. I'm not complaining, mind you, but I have lost enough and am starting to look like a sack of bones with skin stretched over them. Now wearing size 6 and 8 slacks (and still some 10's and 12's, depending on whether they are "good" or cheap...hehehehe... and small and medium tops. I am so glad I had this surgery. I praise the Lord for giving me this opportunity to improve my life. "To God be the Glory, great things He has done!!"

I am now a little over 10 months post op and now weigh about 145 lbs. I am wearing size 8-10 slacks and some small (but mostly medium) tops. I am so glad I had this surgery. I'm a "new" woman.

OHHHHHHH MANNNNNNNNNNN I feel sooooooo good!!!!! I'm 40 days post op and down 43lbs. Still feeling well, back to normal routine at home and at both jobs. The people with whom I work are very supportive and tell me that I'm looking great or that I am looking pale and need more rest. I love them I find this site to be extremely helpful and uplifting. I want to thank all of you who post on a regular basis. I don't post much, but I read several times a day. I also look at before and after pics and read surgery pages. I've learned so much more here than my doctor and her staff have told me and much about nutrition. I'm on my way to a better life.

Update on myself. I am now on "the other side" am 4 days post-op and doing fine. No pain, no nausea, no complications, unless you count gas....lol.
