well it has been one complete year as of today...i have lost a grand total of 85lbs. i wish it could have been more,but i am very happy with the out come. my doctor told me that since i am mostly muscle and not that much fat, that my idea body weight is about 190lbs,well if that is the case then i have 37 more pounds to go before i reach my goal...wish me luck..

Hi Lavon!!! Way To Go!! You are a great "loser" (SMILE).... Whatcha gonna do with all those shoes? I hadnt even thought about losing weight in my feet, how exciting!

hello everyone. it's been a while since i last updated.. a lot has happen since i last posted. i am now wearing a size 16 and some 18. i have lost about 70lbs.i went from wearing a size 30/32.my shoe size has went from a 12 to a size 10 1/2 and some 11's. i feel greeeeeeeeeeeeeet.my husband is always telling me how pretty i am, my son tells me all the time that i am looking skinny...my family says they cant believe how different i look. i am trying to convince my older sister to have it done. pray for her..she has not accepted that there is a better way of living..well i have to go now before my supervisor notice's im not working...god bless you all...

Lavon you have enter your new life now, God was with you all the way and I know you will be great by Xmas and the New Year will bring you all the things you have been dreaming about. So don't hod back live live live. love Rosemary
