Hi Sheryl. My surgery is March 1st 2002 Thanks for your profile, it helped to hear about your experience since Ill be having the same surgeon and hospital. Lets hope Dr Lane keeps up the good work! And congrats on your weight loss.

Hi everyone, its been awhile since I have posted anything. I'm 5months post-op and I'm doing wonderful. I have lost 80lbs and exercising and doing very well. I need some advice on some excellant exercises for the excess fat in my stomach,thigh,hip area. Gravity is starting to take over everywhere. I feel like a new person losing 80lbs. I'm very happy with the outcome. Also if there is anyone in the Elkhart area that has had this surgery, I sure would like to have someone to talk to that can relate with me on the surgery and just support each other. My husband says it feels like he has a new wife. He is very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and my kids are very happy too, but most of all I'm happy for once in my life and enjoying life alot different than before my surgery. Hope to here some pointer on some good exercises.
