Beth, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine in November 2000, and I have never had a single regret. One thing that may help to remember is that the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.

Well, your day is almost here! Six days and counting! Thursday will be here before you know it! As you push that morphine pump button in a few days, just remember that it will all be worth it!
