Hello Everyone, I'm not Sue's angel, but I just got off phone with her and she asked me to let everyone here know she is doing fine. I was amazed at how good she sounded.. Sue says it hurts more than she though it would expecially when she gets up. She is fond of her pump, As we all were. I told her I would see her this Thursday and if she is up to it I will wheel her down to the support group meeting that evening, she said that sounded great.. She is very positive and upbeat... I'm looking forward to meeting her in person. Sue Welcome to the Losing Side.. LynneSue G. 21 years, 10 months ago

My mother came through the surgery with flying colors. It only took about 1 1/2 hours. The doctor described it as "textbook". She took some ice chips and has had no nausea so far. They will try to get her up tonight to go to the restroom. So far so good. Had a pulmonology guy tell her to do some deep breathing to prevent and lung problems while in the hospital. Will post another update after I talk with her doctor in the morning. Thank you all for your support and concern.L. Brown 21 years, 10 months ago
