"My overall feeling about my hospital stay was that it was fine. I just didn't feel that most of the staff assigned to me were very happy in the job, and that i was bothering them. There was however 1 exception. Joanna was awesome"
"The times that I have met Dr. Vogel, I found him to be very caring, supportive and very easy to talk to. He also runs the pre-op and post op support groups and does a fabulous job. He also can make us laugh. He and the whole staff at NEMC are making this experience awesome."
