"I have not met the surgeon yet, and this a little concerning to me. My tenative surgery date according to Leo(his nurse) is April 23.2001. Here it is April 1. and I still have pre-ops to attend with, the meeting with the surgeon, (whom I can't see until all pre-ops are done). The concern comes from the fact that I am a revision, and I understood prior to selecting him as my surgeon that he did revisions. But I received e-mail from a friend who is also seeking revision from the same dr. that he has never done one. So now I'm a bit scared, what if after all this work, he doesn't accept me as a patient, what if he has to schedule with another surgeon to assist(as is the case with my friend) How long will that take? So many questions. But Leo was great, got all my paperwork to the insurance company, returned my phone calls in a timely manner, faxed me letters that I had requested. But like I said I haven't met with the surgeon yet. I'll update again later. "
