I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.~*~Hugs~*~

I'M HOME!!! WOW!..WALK, WALK, WALK; COUGH, COUGH, COUGH IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! But, it helped some:) I thank God for my wonderful Angel Kerri W. and the love of my life, my boyfriend Ed, for being there for me. The surgery was okay...yep...sore as hell...but other than that....the hospital.....MAY GOD BLESS ANYONE WHO HAS TO STAY THERE OUTSIDE OF PACU. From this day forward I will pray for everyone who has to stay at Westchester Med Center in a regular floor room. Overall I'm feeling good. Looking forward to my follow up visit with the surgeon on 7/16. Headed back to bed with a bottle of water now:) THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR YOU WARM WORDS OF WELL WISHES AND ENCOURAGEMENT. Kay

Angel home from the hospital with an update on KAY L.: I just visited with KAY. She was hoping to be released today, but instead she was transfered out of PACU and into a regular room. She's hoping to go home tomorrow morning, as she's had more than enough of the lovely (sarcasm)Westchester Medical Center. She's feeling a bit more pain than yesterday, rating it between 5-7 out of 10... but she's quite a trooper! We walked a couple of laps around her floor and we even found a scale for her to weigh herself on! :) All in all, she's doing really well. I'm so proud of her!
