My first impression of Dr Salvino was great. I attended his seminar tonight, and found him to be patient, informative, and HUMAN! I like that in a doc. His program seems well structured and provides extensive PRE-OP goals. His aftercare appears to be just as well structured and geared towards success. Long story short... my initial consultation with Dr Salvino is in 2 weeks. I don't anticipate any snags, and if he accepts me as a patient, I will be extremely happy to have him do my surgery.
I met with Dr Rosen, Dr Salvino's partner during my consultation, and found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable. They attend all WLS surgeries together. All of my questions were answered by their team and by Dr Rosen. I believe I'm in good hands and I am so looking forward to April 2nd. My only concern now is that my Lap doesn't turn into an Open. :-)"
