"I met Dr Schroder's Nurse, Debbie. She weighed and interviewed me and then I watched a video. Then I met with Dr. Schroder. He was very personable. He brought out his diagram of what the procedure entails and said "ok here is what we are doing to your plumbing". Excellent bedside manor. Very patient when I was asking questions. My brain was thinking so fast, I couldn't get out everything! I felt total comfortable with him and am glad he will be performing the surgery. I have to give kudos to his staff, Joyce and Debbie as I bugged them several times while getting my insurance information submitted!! Thanks for putting up with me!!"
