"He was soft-spoken and polite. My opinion about him has not changed. The office staff is very friendly, interested and helpful. Service is prompt. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't remember to give me a prescription before surgery and I had to run down there to pick it up. They didn't seem to have a "checklist" for the surgery details and I had to keep asking, "aren't I supposed to do this?"
Future patients should know that he and Dr. Brenner did a great job on my surgery. I didn't have any problems.
He emphasizes aftercare, but not as much as others. I went to another surgeon's support group meeting and got a lot of advice that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise.
He was very open with the possible complications and risks and discussed them with me. I rate him excellent overall because I had no problems. I don't know much about the bedside manner. He's quiet and reserved. But I found his surgical competence to be excellent."
