"I had my counseltation in november 2002 with Dr Lane at the BTC. He was right on time, I did not have to wait in the office. Very professional, direct eye contact, informative, knowledgeable, and interested in helping ME. i brought a list of questions I had though of asking, but during my hour session, he answered everything. The staff was nice, and the facility itself was "fat friendly" - meaning big wide butt chairs...what a relief...where else can we large people go and fit in the chairs...I feel confident about the procedure itself, and with the skills of Dr. Lane. He explained after care, and the importance of following the diet afterwards along with exercising. I would recommend him to anyone."
