Happy Anniversary to you!!!!! How are you doing, Pat? Have not heard from you for a long time and was just wanting to see if you were ok. Today is Doug's anniversary too. He has lost 215 lbs now. He is just about at his goal. Sure hope all is well with you. Nancy and Doug, La Mesa, CA.

I am so glad to get an update on you, finally!!! I hope you are feeling ok and that your family is doing ok. Keep in touch. Update on us: I have lost 95 lbs and Doug has lost 170. You are doing great!!! I wish I could lose more and faster. I seem to be stuck on a plateau and can't get off it.

PAT, so glad to get an update on you!!!! Looks like you are doing so well. Doug and I are doing OK too. He is just amazing. He has lost 129 lbs now. He still has about 100 to go. He is so frisky that I can hardly stand him now!!!!!!!!!! His energy level is wonderful. He is completing all the "honey-do's" that I have given him. I have lost about 89 lbs now. Feeling wonderful. You keep up the good work.

Hi everyone, sorry it's been so long since I've updated. I'm am a little over 3 months post op and I have lost 78 lbs. life is good, each day is a little better, I have gone from a size 30 pants to a 22 and from a 4x top to a 22-24 and they are big, threw away all my panties size 14 and bought 10's that was great and finally a bra that fits without rolling up a 46c I was wearing a 50d, and I can actually see my privates, laugh if you want to, but it's been a long time. I thank all the very special people who have e-mailed me and prayed for me, there are to many to name. I hope all who are waiting that their dream is close to coming true for them. God bless. Hey there. How are you doing these last 3 weeks. I hope things are a little smoother now. You're weight loss is sooo good! Hopefully less pain as you go down & down & down! Take Care.

Hi, everyone thanks for all the well wishes, that I have recieved from everyone. As of today I'm a little over 6 weeks post op and down 50lbs. I still have problems with energy, but each day is better. God has brought me this far, I'm not giving up now. The pain in my feet and legs is really bad but I pray as the weight continues to drop that my pain will decrease. Will keep you posted. God Bless P. Pope

PAT, HOW ARE YOU DOING? I HAVE TRIED TO EMAIL YOU, BUT I GET A MESSAGE THAT YOUR ACCOUNT IS OVER QUOTA!!! YOU MUST HAVE A BUNCH OF MESSAGES THAT YOU HAVEN'T READ (PROBABLY JOKES FROM ME!!) PLEASE CHECK. I WOULD LOVE TO EMAIL YOU. DOUG IS DOING GREAT. WE DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH MORE HE HAS LOST. HE GOES TO THE DR. ON THE 19TH. HIS PANTS ARE FALLING OFF!!!!!! HE HOLDS HIS JEANS UP WITH SUSPENDERS. HE IS FEELING WONDERFUL. I AM DOING OK TOO. I KNOW HE IS GOING TO LOSE FASTER THAN ME. I BET HE HAS CAUGHT UP ALREADY. YOU TAKE IT EASY AND HEAL UP!!
