HI THIS IS NAOMI ROBINETTE I AM 11 MOS. POST AND HAVE LOST 80#. I AM AT A PLATEAU AND HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ABOUT 1 MOS. IT DOES GET VERY DISCOURAGING SOMETIMES. OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING IS GOING GREAT. I HAVE TO START DOING MORE EXERCISING I THINK. I WAS WALKING FOR AWHILE AND THEN I QUIT. SO I HAVE TO GET STARTED AGAIN. I just thought I would drop by to say that I wish you well on your upcoming surgery. You will do fine! I am about 3 weeks post-op and have lost over 30 pounds! Keep your sights focused on what you are doing this for and the beautiful, healthier, thinner you you will become in a short time! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me or anyone else. We are all here to cheer you on and help you. It is not an easy journey, but with support, it makes it easier to handle! Take care and may God bless you and let you have a swift, pain-free recovery!
