Well so sorry it has been a long time since my last update. I have been going thru some major stuff!! I am going thru a divorce! Its hard to believe that at 25 I can say that! Well his loss! He will realize one day what he has lost! I always read the profiles and saw quite a few that said, well my husband and I are getting a divorce. I always thought, wow those poor women, I am so glad I am married to my husband! He is such an awesome man. Well I guess love does blind you. So now it is my turn to write it out. Kinda ironic huh! I am happy to say though, that God has brought someone wonderful in my life, who wants the same things out of life and belives the same as me! He is wonderful! To top it all off, we have been friends since highschool! Go figure! We both still find it kinda funny that we ended up together! Its a good thing!!! Well I am 140lbs now. I am about 15-20lbs to goal!!! YAY!!! I cant wait! Hopefully by my year mark I will have lost it all!! I better have!!! It will be one year in Sept. 03. Well I guess thats all for now, I just wanted to post my little update! I hope all is going well for all of you out there!! God Bless!!!

Well I got on the scale and to my surprise, I lost 10lbs!! YAY!! Now I am 150lbs! I cant believe it.. 96lbs in about 7months! I was stuck at 160 for awhile! Now I only have about 25 to 30 more lbs. Gosh I am so greatful to God that he gave me this awesome tool!! Good luck and God bless everyone!!!

Renee just wanted to say you look absolutely wonderful. It is the before and after pics that really inspire me I hope to have my surgery by the end of August this year My consult is in July. CONGRATS on the new you!!!

Well sorry it has been so long since I last updated!!!! Time flies!!! I am now 160 and wearing some size 11's and some 13's, most of the 13's are getting too big. I cant believe Im actually saying that!!! WOW!! It has been six months this month and my Dr says that I am doing awesome, they said that typically patients loose their first 100lbs near their 1 year anniversary, and I am almost there!!! She (the Nurse Practitioner) gave me a return visit, but said that if I feel like I am getting to scrawny before I make it in to my next visit, then to call her. I about choked, and said TOO SCAWNY??? She said yes, the way your going, I wouldnt be surprised if you started to get on the scrawny side. She said I DONT want to see you under 120 by any means! My doc said nothing over 140 and nothing under 120. She said she would like to see me at 130-135. I guess we will see how I feel when I get there. I cant believe I am that close to my goal weight!!! I just pray that it keeps coming off!!!! Thank God for this surgery!!! Well until another update, I hope you all are doing well, and God Bless!!! Renee

Well I know Im not supposed to be jumping on the scale... but I did buy one... and so now the temptation is there.. I weighed myself on friday night and I weighed 198!! That is under 200lbs!!!! YIPEE!!!! I hope I continue to loose!!!! Thats a loss of 48lbs YAY!!! Lets pray it keeps coming off!!! God Bless all of you!!!

Well I noticed that I lied on my last update.. hehehe!!! I had really only lost 28lbs and that was on my visit on 10-2-02... but hey that is still good! I went from 246lbs pre op to 217 10-2-02 post op and last night I weighed myself and I now weigh 203! So thats a total loss of 43lbs in 2 months! Im excited.. but I really need to start walking!!!
