"My first impression was that he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and wants you to be in the best of health before he will operate on you. He seems very strict and very compassionate. The office staff on the other does not seem very nice..Glenna was not very preceptive about me wanting to call all my information in to the insurance company. She toild me to call back in a week and sh ewould try to have it..I thing she should have it asap,especially when I know I can get things done faster than she can. The other people in his office seemed nice, maybe my opinion of Glenna will change later. Dr.Shina office visit today was very short,but he said if we wanted to schedule a more indepth visit he would do that once the approval was in. He stresses aftercare!! the Righweight program is what he follows and suggests that we go to the monthly seminars. He address the risks of the surgery in his packet and it explains everything to a Tee. so far I like him but I will post again when i have a surgery date "
