Hi Everyone.... I hope this update finds all of you happy and healthy! I'm sorry to have taken so long to post an update. I am now 3 1/2 weeks post op, down 35 pounds and feeling great! The first week was a little rough, I couldn't get comfortable to sleep,sit, or do anything else. I just felt like crap! After that, things started to improve rapidly though. I am walking every day for as long as I can stand to. About a month before my surgery I developed a heel spur and it is still acting up. My knees feel much better though, so at least I only have to put up with one pain! Best wishes to all with upcoming surgeries! I will keep you all in my prayers! Hugs to all!

Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing. Make sure you walk, and keep up your breathing exercise. YOU CAN DO THIS! See you on the other side.

I wanted to congratulate you on your upcoming surgery, I'm sure you are doing a happy dance, accompanied by some "NERVES', but don't worry be happy!!!! You are in my thoughts and prayers, I hope everything goes well and you are up and out and about real soon!!!!
