"My first impression of Dr. Watson, was very professional, no-nonsense and efficient. At the end of my consultation I was more at ease. I really appriciated his initial question being: \"What are your questions / concerns\".rnI think patients should realize, even though these Drs. do this a lot we do not want them to be all kicked back and lazy during our consultations, because then we would think they weren't serious enough about our individual case. He was very willing to explain how the after care program worked, I would consider it extensive.
