Can anyone let me know what to do I am losing hair I know its normal but it scares me.  I don't want to go bald

Its been a long time since a wrote a blog.  I am now down 84lbs in 5months and feel great..Sorry I haven't been as active as I wanted to be.. Now making sometime for me.. Hope everyone is doing fine
