My weight is 222,hope to be in wonderland soon.

I have to loose 40 pounds to be able to do Hernia repair and Tammy tack.

My appointment with the surgeon is on September 3rd,2015,fingers crossed.

Yesterday I went for my 1 month appointment,every thing was fine,I am 255 pounds,lost 25 pounds since the pre op fase,and 12 pounds since surgery ,although i was expecting more loss but I am not complaining,I am losing anyway

I was sleeved on Jan 31st,today on my 12th day post op day Thank god the pain I was having on my left side is nearlly gone and I can at last lie comfortabley on my left side,no appetite yet but i am trying to eat what i am supossed slowly,can't have more than 1 protin shake(30 grms) but tolerating milk well so trying to have that as much as i can

so it is my first day on opti fast and i am glad to say i feel nooooo hunger at all.But i really hate the taste,i feel like vomiting at times.Any suggestions

My surgery will be on the 31th of January and i am planning to travel end of March.Is that a safe plan for me .For those who had a sleeve ,do you think i will be strong enough to travel  by air two months post op.
