My Name is Alissa. I am 31 years old, married and a mother of 2 girls ages 7 and 8. I have been over weight all my life. The most I have ever lost was around 50lbs. That brought me down to about 220lbs right before I got pregnant with my first daught. I gained 75lbs with her and turned around and got pregnant right after her. I have yoyo dieted ever since losing at the most 20lbs. I am now married to a man who is in shape and younger than I am, who is the step father of my girls. We have struggled to have a baby and at times I feel I am not pretty enough for him but I know he loves me for me. So here I am beginning my journey to a healthier me.
