"I've only spoken to Dr. Smith on the phone thus far. My first impression was really good. He is so calm and I find that reassuring and calming to me. I have confidence in his abilities, and we even discussed their Center of Excellence status. It sounded as if he respected me because I chose him partly because of that reason. He was very thorough when we talked about the surgery, and he patiently answered all my questions even though I'm sure he had others patients to see or talk with.rnrnSince surgery, I can say that I do absolutely adore Dr. Smith! He came to check on me twice a day for the entire time I was in the hospital - something NO other surgeon I've ever had. He is not the most talkative guy ever, but then that's ok with me. I like his quiet nature. I am very thankful that he is my surgeon."
