well it has been a wild six mos. I started at this ride with a consult weight of 401.4 lbs. WOW. I never thought I would have been able to lose this weight I am now six mos. out and never thought I would be able to type a weight that did not start with a 3 or a 4.... Now I can type at here at six mos. out I am at 277.6 lbs. I know I have a ways to go but, I will keep on going ..... All I can say is that if it all stopped today I am still glad I had WLS.... I only wish I would have had it sooner!!!!

now it has been a little over 9 mos. ( sept.18,2006) and I am down -162.2 lbs... I still have a ways to go but I will get there.. One oz. at a time.....
