Confession...

Okay, so I miust confess  that I took my son to the movies tonight and I ate most of a small popcorn..... Other than that...no soda, candy, etc...

I know that it was a bad idea and I am paying for it now, as I feel bloated and icky.

Anyway - that is my confession...tomorrow is a new day - with NO POPCORN! :-)
