staying on track

weighed again today almost another pound down! I believe weighing on a regular basis has helped me stay on track and realize the things that have gone right and wrong for the day. fingers are still crossed on getting the new job! I believe I have figured out why I have been dizzy and passing out! my blood work shows everything pretty good but there's one and I looked it up it is the chemical in your body that lets you absorb iron, it is not functioning correctly it is super low! so my iron count in my blood is fine but my body is not absorbing it! it also explains all of the symptoms and the cause of my low blood pressure! I am making an appointment with my dr asap to figure this out!! well off to another day of work I hope everyone out tree has a great day!
