Cauliflower Pizza

So, I had pizza tonight!!!  OMG, and it was good!  I am able to eat cooked veggies, and everything on the pizza is in my 'allowed foods' for soft foods, and I did great with it!  I used that pizza crust made from cauliflower, eggs, and lowfat mozzerella cheese, and I used some no sugar added pasta sauce for the sauce, a few olives (tried them a few days ago, and did well with them), and some lowfat mozzerella cheese on top.  It was really much better tasting than I thought.  My daughter even had some, and I was excited because she was excited to eat pizza, and she didn't even know she was eating vegetables!  :)  I got on the scale today, and I have lost a total of 30 pounds!  I haven't really exercised much yet, except for cleaning the house, but I am going to get started on that this week.  I start back to work tomorrow.  I am hoping that everything goes smoothly there...  I am excited about trying new and different foods that are lowfat, low carb, low sugar, good for me, and tasty.  Well, I better get off to bed so I can be ready for tomorrow!
