Operation day Set!

Well I thought I would never come down to this, but I realiced I need help in order to lose weight and keep it of.... after investigating for a while surgey is the answer..... I´m having the gastric sleeve performed at the end of the month.
I´m 28 years old, 209pounds, no children so I cant blame it on that!

Any tips or suggestions are welcome, I will be posting my NOW soon to be BEFORE picture in a couple of days.

Wish me luck, hope to be a success story like most I have read so far.
